Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Massage Practitioner Diploma Course Accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) Course Overview This comprehensive diploma course offers expert training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)—a highly specialised massage technique designed to stimulate and support the lymphatic system. MLD uses light, rhythmic, and precise hand movements to promote lymphatic flow, helping the body detoxify, reduce swelling, and strengthen the immune system. This gentle, non-invasive therapy is especially beneficial for post-operative care, lymphedema, and general wellness.Throughout the course, students will develop refined manual skills and a strong theoretical understanding of the lymphatic system and its vital role in health and recovery. Course Entry Requirements To enrol in this diploma course, you must: ✔️ Be 18 years of age or older ✔️ Hold a recognised Body Massage qualification (certificate must be submitted in advance) ✔️ Have a good command of spoken and written English Diploma Requirements To successfully receive your Practitioner Diploma, you must: ✔️ Hold a Body Massage Certificate (prior to enrolment) ✔️ Complete 8 hours of in-person practical training at our academy ✔️ Submit 6 case studies (to be completed within 8 weeks) ✔️ Pass an online theory assessment from home before your practical training Course Duration 2-Day Intensive Training 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM each day Plus 6 case studies to be completed post-training Small class sizes (maximum 4 students) ensure personalised guidance and hands-on support. Assessment & Certification Online Theory Test: Completed at home before attending training In-Class Practical Assessment: Conducted during your 2-day training 6 Case Studies: Completed and submitted within 8 weeks Upon successful completion of all elements, you will receive a Practitioner Diploma in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, accredited by IPHM. As a fully qualified and experienced complementary therapist, Vicki specialises in a wide range of massage and holistic modalities. Her extensive background includes advanced training in reflexology, aromatherapy, cupping therapy, hot stone massage, and lymphatic drainage, among others. Her therapeutic work is underpinned by a strong belief in treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
